Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Unbelievably good service! I'm a plumber who urgently needed a replacement cartridge for a concealed shower. I was told by merchants that the cartridge would be very expensive, and likely take weeks to arrive. I was able to source Ergonomic designs on Ebay who had the exact cartridge I needed in stock for a fraction of the price quoted to me. I ordered the cartridge on a Friday afternoon and it was with me the next morning! Shower was repaired and works beautifully. Cannot recommend this company enough.”

“I ordered two tap tops. Ordering was easy but I didn’t receive any confirmation email or dispatch email. No email communication except for this review. Items arrived packaged well. My only thought is that they might be ‘seconds’. They were cheaper than other sites but one of them did have ‘off centre’ wording in the top. They have been fitted and are in use. Would use this site again.”
