Utterly disgusted and would never recommend.
Ordered 2 items for Sept delivery date.
One arrived four weeks early.
Delivered to an unoccupied house being renovated so lucky a tradesman was on site to accept it.
It was a few days before I visited so no idea till then item had been delivered.
It was badly damaged.
Refund or exchange flatly refused as I had not informed them within 48 hours of delivery.
(Against sales if goods act rules).
After numerous emails back and forth they offered my another item at cost price lol.
Fortunately I had used PayPal who found in my favour obviously.
Now it gets interesting.
Paypal refunded me for both items I had purchased.
Suddenly Ergonomics take great interest and want payment back for second item threatening me with legal action.
The error clearly lay with PayPal who admitted to them their fault.
Now, who do I return the money to. Ergonomics or PayPal.
After further legal threats I paid through PayPal to get them off my back.
I had never intended not to pay, just wanted to know who I actually owed the money to.
I am sure they will have a mountain of excuses and reasons to justify their refusal to deal with the damaged item but trust me, they are breaking Trading Standards and Sale of Goods Act every day.
