Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Upon completion of my installation I am very satisfied with my purchases. Delivery was good, and the items packed securely, the one improvement would be a tighter delivery window AM or PM, with tracking if possible. I would certainly consider future purchases.”

“We ordered a Kaldewei shower tray from Ergonomic designs. The price was fantastic - much cheaper than anywhere else. The service was great and they sent an email with the order codes so it was easy to place the order. The only thing that could have been better was if they had told us early on that there was a long lead-in time to order the product. We haven't yet installed the shower tray so cannot comment on it.”

“Very efficient service items were delivered next day as standard. Items as described although I was expecting White base as told via phone before placing order pleasantly surprised to receive black along with tinted doors . Maybe customer service advisor could be better informed for enquiries .”
