“Problem-free installation by a friendly and helpful technician. Only problem is that he had not been advised about the non-existent wi-fi at the installation point, even though it had been mentioned in the initial questionnaire. So unable to complete the linking up with the app. But he did give helpful instructions as to what to do to fix the problem.”

“Selected this charger as it was small and best unlike some of the lumps available from other manufacturers. After just over 3 years, a problem developed with the charger and despite being out of warranty, EO were attentive and understanding and helped resolve the issue to my satisfaction - would recommend the product and the company highly! Keep up the good work.”

That being said, we're sorry to hear that your latest experience with our Technical Support service didn't match your expectations. We've flagged your feedback to our Customer Support team who have confirmed that the issue experienced has been reported a couple of months after the expiration date of your product warranty. Meaning that, unfortunately, any costs associated with repair or replacement won't be covered by EO Charging and have to be at the customer's expense. Please note that in addition to the standard 3-year product warranty that you benefited from, we also had extended warranty packages available to cover customers in year 4 and 5.
