“Main requirement was a home charging unit that looked small and not too noticeable on the front of the house. The EO Mini was the only one we found that fitted the bill. Especially as it came in grey.
Worked perfectly for almost a year until we hit a problem which meant it wouldn’t charge. The unit was replaced promptly without charge thanks to the excellent support from the EO team.”
“It’s a bit early to say, and as it’s the first charger I have used I can’t be much help! It’s very neat and unobtrusive. Much quicker and easier than using a 3 pin plug trailing out of the window! It’s easy to use the app to change it to charging during the day if necessary but good to know you can just leave it plugged in and it charges at night.”

“It is usable as a dumb charger, but it couldnt be commissioned because of some software issue. However it is now clear that all i need for a tesla 3 is a dumb charger anyway as the car's built in software is perfectly capable of being programmed to control the charging times. This was not made clear.”
“Installation was very good and excellent service. I cannot get the EO mini pro2 charge point to register with the EO cloud; it seems to always stall at this point and come up with an error code. Err_5006. The WiFi signal is full strength outside as I have many other devices that verify this.”
