“Bryan gave our chimney a 5 star service today, we are very happy. Bryan was professional and also friendly, he was attentive to all details and we feel certain that our fireplace and chimney are ready for the new season. Bryan was clear and precise with the documentation and certificates he left with us. Thank you, we look forward to arranging another visit next year. Julia and Andrew”

“George visited our property and delivered the service of our chimney. He was polite and helpful and delivered a quality service. The whole exercise lasted less than 30 minutes including the certificate. Defininately a 5 star service!”

“I first met Jordan when he first installed my Gazco Convector Fire and I was very impressed with his product knowledge, the installation, his explanation to my questions and instructions how to achieve the best heat results from the fire. Most recently it was time to 'Service' the fire and I had no hesitation in requesting Enviro Flame if Engineer Jordan was available for this job. Which was completed on time ready for the colder days to come.”

“I was apprehensive about having a new gas fire , but after talking with the fitter Jordan and seeing the finished fire I was absolutely delighted. He was a very friendly and easy to talk to young man , and nothing was to much trouble , answered all the questions I had to ask, would be happy to recommend this company.”

“The Enviro-Flame website gives phone number for a 'free estimate'. I sent the company photos and explained in an email fairly clearly what we have in mind. As we can't know what is possible until a technician visits our house, I was told that this would cost £65 to conduct a survey (or alternatively, having two chimneys cleaned at a cost of £160 and advice on the possibilities). I then received an invoice for £160 due for payment the day before the engineer comes to our house. I find it extraordinary that this company wants to be paid to provide a quote for what is likely to worth several thousand pounds in business and expect an invoice to be settled before they provide the service. I will not be using this company.”

“Claudio did an absolutely fantastic job making our chimneys secure against birds nests as well as sweeping them out. He was polite, knowledgeable, cleared up beautifully after the job and all for a very cost effective price. He worked until the job was finished, rather than to a specific time. I would highly recommend him.”
