“Tony came today to service my gas fire. I got a call im advance to let me know his eta. Tony was prompt, polite, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful in demonstrating how to change batteries inside the fire (which I wasn't aware of!) as well as confirming no need to sweep chimney! He was very efficient and tidy. Very pleased with my fire and the service throughout from enviro-flame.”

“While I don't ordinarily leave comments, on this occasion the service and quality of the job richly deserves one. Just had chimney swept by Bryan, who did quite an amazing job. He called me in advance and was to the minute on schedule. Super helpful and friendly, he cleaned the chimney without any mess. He also cleaned the fireplace itself, making it look brand new - a real bonus! Would thoroughly recommend Bryan and Enviro-Flame. Also, their customer service line is really good as well, friendly and efficient.”

“Great service all round - easy to make an appt, which was brought forward due to a cancellation. Claudio was excellent, did a lovely job cleaning the stove area, checking everything was in good condition, and giving really helpful advice on using it. Couldn't have asked for anything more!”
