“I’ve booked and paid for the engineer to service my fireplace on the 5th of November. Tony checked and told me that he can’t fully service my fireplace because some of parts were worn out and need to replace. Since then I haven’t heard anything from your office in terms of the new parts replacement, quotation etc.. When I tried to call and ask for the update Matthew from the reception doesn’t have clue or any information, keep promising to call me back and get full report from Tony until today and still no answer. I’m super frustrated and hope this issue can be sorted out asap. Would be great if one of your team member get back to me asap. Evaldas.”

“Outstanding installation of my Bolection Surround in Polished Nero Marquina. Bryan, James and Charlie have done a magnificent job with the installation of my new black marble fireplace. Words cannot describe the superb quality and class of their work. They are true professionals and I am immensely impressed and grateful for the expertise and skill they demonstrated in this installation. It's obvious that they are very experienced in fireplace installation which is very re-assuring as this is a major project for anyone looking to improve their living space. The enviroflame team take great care of your order from start to finish so you can feel 100% that you receive the best quality work and products. You can see the superb results from the before and after photos. The work is flawless and the result is absolutely breathtaking. “Great service from Amber in giving me an immediate quote and updating me on the arrival time of the sweep, James. James was amazing going the extra mile. He assisted in tracing which fireplace was linked with which chimney in our 1830's house. He gave advice on capping our chimneys. A big thank you for an excellent experience.”

“Excellent service for sweeping and capping our chimneys. James and Jack were very professional and did a great job whilst also keeping me informed of what was going on and giving good advice going forwards. They were not able to complete the job on the day due to an unexpected finding with one of the chimneys but have arranged to come back very promptly to sort it at no extra charge. I would strongly recommend their services.”
