“Enviro-Flame's customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The first time I contacted them I telephoned and left a message and was immediately phoned back by their receptionist. I explained that we wanted to purchase a glass-fronted gas fire, stone mantel and granite hearth and that we were running to a particular timescale. She listened to all of my questions and then asked their specialist to call me back. He did so within 20 minutes and assured me that he would be able to help. Their gas engineer visited us the following morning (a Saturday), confirmed then and there that he would be able to lay a gas pipe without any difficulty (this was in contrast to one of Enviro-Flame's local competitors who had been reluctant to do the work) and we then visited their showroom that afternoon. We received their quotes by Monday and placed our order on the Tuesday. The gas pipe was laid that week and the fireplace itself was installed a couple of weeks later (Enviro-Flame having kindly rearranged another appointment to fit us in at short notice).
Everyone at Enviro-Flame is incredibly personable and helpful. The fireplace itself looks fabulous and we are really pleased with it. We would not hesitate in recommending Enviro-Flame to anyone.”

The engineer carried out the work efficiently and without creating any mess. He had to plaster around the opening of the old fire as the new one was smaller. This was well done .
