“The service call was a couple of months ago October/November 2014??? Peter (Piotr) arrived on time and started immediately. He was quick thorough and efficient and did something that no other service person had done and that was to dust and "painted" each "coal", waited until it dried and then replaced it in the coal basket. He made the payment details as easy as they could be and departed leaving a very satisfied customer to enjoy the warmth of my fire again.”
