“No complaints, we got exactly what we were expecting.
The whole process, from visiting the showroom and choosing the product through to the installation was effortless. The installation team were very good and there was no mess left.”
“The whole process from start to finish was fantastic and I would highly, highly recommend Enviro-Flame to anyone. They know exactly what they are doing and you feel totally confident throughout the process and the end product looks fabulous! Thank you!”
“The service call was a couple of months ago October/November 2014??? Peter (Piotr) arrived on time and started immediately. He was quick thorough and efficient and did something that no other service person had done and that was to dust and "painted" each "coal", waited until it dried and then replaced it in the coal basket. He made the payment details as easy as they could be and departed leaving a very satisfied customer to enjoy the warmth of my fire again.”
“Excellent service. Very polite staff and really good feedback and advice. I would definitely recommend EnviroFlame to clients and other managing agents.”
“We have just had our fireplace installed by Enviro Flame and cannot thank them enough for the fantastic job they have done. We would highly recommend them to anyone! Nicki”
