“Didn't turn up when agreed. Rang to ask where they were, told will be there in 10 mins. Rangeland hour later, told on their way. Finally arrived nearly 2 hours late. At no point did anyone on the phone, or the workmen, apologise or seek to explain the delay. Very dissapointing, especially as I live only 5 minutes walk away.”

Dear Mr Burns, Thank you for bringing this to our attention and please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay you suffered. Although we try our utmost to reduce the likely hood of delays, at this time of the year when our team are at full tilt, there are rare occasions where a delay may occur due to unforeseeable situations. If we are on a job where a situation is unsafe, our engineers will not leave until this is rectified or the appliance is made safe. Unfortunately this was the case with the job our engineer was on prior to yours. Our engineers work all over London and not directly from the office, so although we book them to work a general area, as I am sure you are fully aware, the traffic can make for considerable delays. I have taken your comments on board and we have retrained all relevant employees again on our customer service policy on communication, to ensure our high standards are maintained. Kind regards

“Very good ( and quick service!!) Operative arrived several hours early which was a slight inconvenience. Felt the time spent did not justify the charge as we had a small chimney and the rate seemed uniformed for any size chimney in the same post code location!! Would suggest future charges are based on size.”

“I moved into a property in Chelsea back in late July. When I moved in the two fireplaces I had were outdated and not really functional. I found Enviro-flame on Google and they were able to send an engineer out to do sweep and surveys of the flue and offer expert advice into my next option. A nice chap called Luke contact me a couple of days later to discuss with my options and what I wanted to see. Luke totally tailored the package to my needs and I had a date within 4 weeks. I decided to go for two wood burning stoves and my flues needed lining at the same day. I had an engineer called Peter and one called Dave come over and the work took around a day to a day and a half. It was all I imagined and more when completed. Excellent service from start to finish, I recommend you use these guys for your fireplaces.”

“Absolutely astonished at the speed and clean work of your employee. The servicing of the gas fire meant lots of black dust, but I think he swallowed it, as not a scrap of dust was found after he left. The fire appears to be working efficiently, so am completely pleased with Enviro-Flame.”

“Very pleased with the service. The lady at the office was very helpful and having been faced with a number of companies that were just interested in selling a whole unit it was nice to be dealing with a company that were going to only replace what was necessary. The engineer was very helpful and friendly and I would be happy to recommend Enviro flame.”

“Great service from Enviroflame from the very first contact on the phone. The fire was installed in a fairly tight situation without any trauma. The installers were very tidy, friendly and professional, and I was confident to leave them to get on with the job. Would I recommend Enviroflame to a friend? Yes, without reserve.”

“I needed a gas fireplace surround removing and had had trouble finding a builder to do this. Enviroflame sent two builders round to remove the surround and then a gas engineer came to cut off the gas pipe. The job was done quickly, efficiently and with no mess left (I hired a plasterer separately to finish the blocking up). There was an unusual instance where they tried to get me to pay a 50% deposit upfront even though it said payment on completion on the invoice. When I queried this it wasn't mentioned again. Other than that highly recommended.”

“Good and knowledgeable advice about which fire would best suit my needs and budget when I contacted the office. Clean and friendly installation at the agreed date and time by the engineer who subsequently took great care to demonstrate the way the fire operated and ensure I was happy with everything.”
