“You came promptly at the appointed time and the installation of the new fire was carried out in a shorter time than you had estimated. The engineer carried out the work efficiently and without creating any mess. He had to plaster around the opening of the old fire as the new one was smaller. This was well done . He finished by demonstrating the lighting of the fire with the remote control which was new for me. Overall a good job well done.”

“Enviro-flame fitted a gas fire to my existing Victorian fireplace. They had a tricky job to run the gas to the fireplace through the floorboards and replace a broken flu. The team on site were curtious, friendly and at the end of one day only I have a beautiful working fireplace. Very happy and would highly recommend.”

“The service call was a couple of months ago October/November 2014??? Peter (Piotr) arrived on time and started immediately. He was quick thorough and efficient and did something that no other service person had done and that was to dust and "painted" each "coal", waited until it dried and then replaced it in the coal basket. He made the payment details as easy as they could be and departed leaving a very satisfied customer to enjoy the warmth of my fire again.”
