Tony was prompt, polite, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful in demonstrating how to change batteries inside the fire (which I wasn't aware of!) as well as confirming no need to sweep chimney! He was very efficient and tidy. Very pleased with my fire and the service throughout from enviro-flame.”
