Empire Supplies was established in 2010 with our mission to supply high quality catering products at great, affordable prices. Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. “I highly recommend Empire Supplies and in particular Abbie who was so helpful with great communication throughout the buying process. The orginal item I had ordered was sadly out of stock but Abbie found me a great alternative at a good price and kept me really informed the whole way through. I'm yet to use the boxes but they look great.”

“I honestly did not have a clue what catering equipment I needed until i called Empire - what a delight speaking to Abbie Picton, she is friendly, kind and very knowledgeable, she explained different equipment, helped me with sizes and then sent links to my email to back everything up. I chopped and changed things a few times and nothing was ever an Issue, Abbie Picton took control and sorted everything in a flash. Delivery - super quick - next day, items packaged so well you it took ages to open them, but it wasnt any hassle I was so glad everything was well protected. Quality - Super, the equipment is modern and just stunning, I have never heard of Empire Supplies Ltd before but I've never use anyone else now, Abbie Picton is a credit to your company, don't ever lose her!!”

“The customer service is very poor. Sold me a fryer that is less than year old ans plug was burnt and nearly caught in fire and the safety cut off didn't work . Very rude lady on the phone.”

“Having set up my account to purchase my display fridge- I called the office to find out delivery times. Abbey was firstly very polite, friendly and efficient. She was to the point and quick to help. I phoned back as I hadn’t received my email and spoke to Samantha. It turned out I had set my email incorrectly and so Samatha re sent the email Abbey had already sent. Again, I got friendly, efficient customer service! I had to phone back again- as I had made a complete mess of my details and had given my home address and not the shop. With 2 hours before delivery- Nicola helped me out,abd made sure my mistake was rectified. 3 times I called- each gave excellent customer service. This made a huge impression and apart from the great prices- the customer care was the icing on the cake for me!”

“They don’t care their customers. You have to pay minimum 25% of your purchase , if do you want to return any product which you bought from Empire Supplies. You don’t have right to get all money back even if you return it a perfect original packaging without opening. Please read their terms and conditions before order any product from Empire Supplier Ltd. I did this mistake I am very regretful. They put me in a hard situation in my company. They are selling the items online but their rules are just protecting themselves they don’t care their customers.”

Hi, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy. The 25% restocking charge is as per business to business T&C's, unfortunately, once the unit has left the warehouse and if it is no longer required there is a restocking charge payable.
