Empire Supplies was established in 2010 with our mission to supply high quality catering products at great, affordable prices. Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. “I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately I had a couple of issues with a wrong item sent and damaged item. But I have to give Abbie 5 stars for the aftersales service as both my issues were sorted straight away and she kept in touch to make sure everything was corrected.”

“Great service, I bought my product during their sale event but needed to delay my delivery for a few weeks. I emailed in and had a reply from Emma who was very helpful & kept me updated all the way even calling me the day before delivery and then on the day of delivery with an ETA. Great customer service, will definitely use again :)”

“Was really stressed out over my wifes commercial dishwasher Apparently it was broke because a overflow pipe was missing Could not get any help off any1 anywhere Then contacted another Catering supplier Got ran round in Circles I then Spoke 2 Abbey at Empire Supplies Really thought it was her Dishwasher we was talking about She sent me pictures of parts & information She could not do enough She then sent me a picture of the tube we needed & said she would leave it in the warehouse 4 me as the office closes at 4pm Arrived bt 4.10 was met straight away By a Man from the warehouse & he said Abbey Robins had left the part 4 me I asked how much i owed her for the part And he said Abbey & the management Realised you was stressed so much to get the part there was no charge this time. Really couldnt believe there was people & persons that really considered my problem Usually u dont get much help Really applaud Abbey Robins & every1 i spoke 2 at Empire Supplies Really still dont believe it Thanks again so much”
