“Not a friendly response when I spoke to the agent. It was like she could not be bothered and I was wasting her time! She even slammed the phone down at the end of my call!!”

“I had cause to use the service a couple of months ago due to a flat battery. I placed the call at just after 11am and was up and running within the hour. They even called afterwards to make sure everything was ok! I'm coming to the end of my 1st year and have no qualms about renewing for a 2nd. The price paid for the service offered is an absolute bargain. I definitely recommend Emergency Assist to all.”

“I have had cover with Emergency Assist for the past two years, I needed to call on them in September of last year we had the car all packed up and ready to go off on holiday and it wouldn't start! I called them and the truck arrived 90 mins later, he gave us a jump start and got us on our way!”
