“I purchased my breakdown cover as an assurance policy should I have a problem with my car either on a journey or at home. Fortunately I have not had to rely on Emergency Assist Ltd so cannot in all honesty give a true rating, I can only rate it Acceptable until such time that I need their service.”

“I fortunately haven't had to use the service in the few years I've been a member but it's peace of mind to have breakdown cover in case of a breakdown when a problem occurs and all at a very good price.”

“Got a flat tyre at 7am on a Saturday. Telling me to look for a garage at that time and that it would take 90mins to get assistance wasn't impressive. Finally got a garage, and the assistance was there really fast which ironically, almost didn't help as I could have missed it since I had left the car and needed to go back there which I explained at the call. Perhaps I didn't know what to expect as I have never made such calls. Anyway, I still renewed my insurance which means it wasn't so bad”
