“I have had cover with Emergency Assist for the past two years, I needed to call on them in September of last year we had the car all packed up and ready to go off on holiday and it wouldn't start! I called them and the truck arrived 90 mins later, he gave us a jump start and got us on our way!”

“I had to call out emergency assist once last year due to a flat battery. The service I received was excellent I was very pleased with them and so I renewed my policy”

“For 4th year with the company, price raised from £28.26 to £44.10 - very unhappy, was brought down to £35. Never needed their service in 3 years, but the reason given for raised price was the age of my car! Will need to see how they perform if I need their service, but not a good feeling when there office number had nobody answering it when I called yesterday! What would happen if I called in an emergency? Their paperwork is messy,with several reference and membership numbers!”

“Very easy to purchase and received my policy be email very soon afterwards. Currently not had to call them with any breakdowns so can't comment on this aspect.”
