“took a while to answer the phone initially, then i recieved 3 call backs/ tranfers of calls whilst my cover was being looked for...repetitive information given each time. It didnt matter too much in this instance because i was inside and warm. It would have been shocking if i was next to a road with my children. All estimated times were 30 minutes out. from start to pick up took aprox 3 hours. all that said, car went to the garage to be fixed. Thank you.”
