“I was impressed with the friendly service from the member of staff I spoke to on the telephone, she answered any question I had and was reassuring. The added bonus was they were less than half the price of the renewal I received from my old supplier”

“Website good. Instructions clear. Printing a bit difficult , had to print an landscape format due to positioning of text. Overall worth a 4 star rating Michael Meller”

“Hi Very easy to buy but haven't got any documentation via email !! When I spoke to customer service they told me that I wouldn't get any! Its a bit dodgy not having anything in writing for when you call. Lets hope they turn Up if I break down”

“Buying breakdown cover online went smoothly and confirmation sent very quickly afterwards. Lists clearly everything that is included and things that are not included. Good price, backed by FsCS. Very satisfied so far.”

“I found it easy to get a quote and sign up, and the cost was very compeditive. The only problem I had was when I had reached the point of getting a quote, I found it difficult to go back and review the features that were included.”
