“Great service very help full on the phone and a great deal. I would recommend you to use there services I bought campervan breakdown cover I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO SPEAK TO THEM AGAIN TILL I HAVE TO RENEW MY POLICY”

“A review of joining the company is fairly easy, as was the website routine and level of cover. However, the rating of a breakdown service relies on having used it, a circumstance I have no wish to find myself in.”

“Seems to be an excellent product/price. I hope I never need to use it!! But reassuring knowing it's there. I would suggest having a look at the online form - once it's filled in, paid for etc., it was a bit difficult/unclear to seamlessly go to the policy documents page, I had to play around to eventually get there, as clicking on go to docs page looped back to the blank form...only after a while realised I was now classed as an existing customer, and used username and password to get in. It's summat or nowt but some folk might get very confused/frustrated with that.”

“The online system was very speedy and although I was only initially searching companies, this company came back with an email and a better reduction of 50%. Obviously the proof of the pudding will be when and if I have to use them. Paperwork all online but this does not seem to be a problem.”

“Paid my money for a policy and have never received a confirmation email. Only have my policy number from the original online purchase. Hope it works works if I need it!!!!”

“still have not received paper work 10 days after purchasing policy . also concerned that after making enquiries i received an email offering me 50% discount when i opened this email and filled in form the website for making payments was not secure and showed as unidentified so iwent through compare the market (sage pay) and didnt get discount.”

Ms Barker, The method with which you bought your policy would have generated an email to you containing your policy documents. Upon checking your inbox, junk and spam, if you are still not in receipt of these, please contact us and we will be more than happy to reissue them. Regarding our website, we use SagePay as our payment gateway, as the going through Compare the Market and purchasing as you did, only redirects you back to us for the payment part of the process. “I was trawling for insurance and. Brakedown cover was going to cost me £72.00 for UK home start and recovery with them, so I thought I would search for a better price and 2GETHER came up with a code for 10%off so I did a quote and it came out at £36 and somthing pence wich I thought was a very good price! But as they were a network of independent breakdown services I thought that I would check RAC and AA prices as I had an independent company with my last year's insurance and had to call them out and the operator they sent didn't no a thing about how to sort the problem (electronic parking brake locked on and unable to select drive on my S type jaguar) out and he just wanted to drag it on to the truck with the winch! Well not going to happen as I am a mechanic myself it was able to release the selector and drive it on the truck. So this was why I was a little apprehensive to use a independent. Well RAC and AA were out it was £90-£140 for the same type of cover. So next day I decided to go with 2GETHER well had recited a email from them thanking me for signing up and getting a quote and giving me a code for 50% off so I used the code and got the cover for only £18.20 wich is a fantastic price even at the full price it's a very good deal! I hope I won't need to call them out and I have already recommended them to fends and family neighbours and any one that's looking for Brakedown cover you have to give them a try it's mad not to!”
