You said you would forward the new documents for the year still haven't arrived, it should be automatically done 15/07/18

I have just renewed my breakdown cover online and did not recieve an email or documents or anything , I had to ring up to ask for them to be sent to me via email . If I hadn't have phoned would I have got the documents at all ?

I have used the breakdown service once. Your quoted called out time is between 50 and 90 mins. My call out took over 2 hours.

I dialled twice to renew my contract but no answers after more than 15 minutes each time. No facility exists to renew on line.

Was at the side of the road was refused roadside assistance by the abrupt telephone operator, was towed back home as it was 23.00 at night after waiting nearly two hours in the cold as all the garages were closed. The man who assisted me said I could phone Emergency Assist in the morning and get moved to a garage. Emergency Assist refused this request saying I would have to pay an extra £100 for this service. Not happy with this company at all will not use again.

i was on the motorway for 2 hours with a child and given wrong eta three times the recovery man showed me when he got the request to get us and this was after i rang twice and was told it would be 20 mins or he stuck in traffic did the job for the money but very slow

I had to scrap the vehicle that I had registered with you for breakdown after less than 2 months coverage. I was disappointed that I could not get any refund or transfer the cover to my new car.

I emailed over my change of address and had a reply it was done. When my renewal came up 1 month later, I had an email saying the bank had rejected them taking the money and I had to call a number. I struggle to speak on the phone, hence me happy to renew with no phone talking so I emailed and asked if the address change had been done as I had the money in the account. Then someone tried to call me. I didn't ask someone to call. Then someone emailed me and ignored the question about my address and told me to call. Again I said I can't call and will you check the address. Eureka, they checked the address and the change had not been done. Some people don't cope well with stress and all of the above triggered stress. Not great. Even when I forwarded the email saying one of the team had done the change a month ago, there was no response, no apology. Not great

We have 3 cars insured with you - when they were with 2gether we used them for my sons on a few occasions and had no problem, since they have been with you we have had two bad experiences and will not be using you as each one expires again. Firstly my son called you out as his car wouldn't start when your mechanic came it just started, he said to my son well nothing I can do call me again if you have any other problems on the way out my sons car again broke down he called you (as he was told to)and was charged £100 as you had already been out that day. Then we slid into a ditch and couldn't get the car out the only time we have ever called you for us in several years and was told we weren't covered. Not great we will be going to green Flag

I received a renewal notice for membership at £49. Groupon had the "at home" membership online for £24. The agent I spoke to knew nothing about it and insisted there was no Groupon deal at such a low cost. He asked me to screenshot and email it to customer services. I suggested to save me time, that he check the deal on Groupon. Disinterested in my call. Membership purchased via Groupon.

During snowy period no one answering phones horrendous service.. Got someone out yesterday got me going said it was battery and it wasn’t.. Will go back to AA or RAC.

Was on hold for 40 minutes whilst waiting to renew my breakdown cover, was about to give up and go elsewhere when I was eventually answered, The same number is used for breakdowns, so in the unfortunate event of a breakdown, waiting 40 minutes on hold would not be acceptable
