I emailed over my change of address and had a reply it was done. When my renewal came up 1 month later, I had an email saying the bank had rejected them taking the money and I had to call a number. I struggle to speak on the phone, hence me happy to renew with no phone talking so I emailed and asked if the address change had been done as I had the money in the account. Then someone tried to call me. I didn't ask someone to call. Then someone emailed me and ignored the question about my address and told me to call. Again I said I can't call and will you check the address. Eureka, they checked the address and the change had not been done. Some people don't cope well with stress and all of the above triggered stress. Not great. Even when I forwarded the email saying one of the team had done the change a month ago, there was no response, no apology. Not great
