“An excellent company deal with they offered a fast and efficient service Saved Christmas for us the oven element failed on the 21st of December looked for a replacement Found one on Element Replacement Web site. other sites I looked at could not supply an elements that would arrive before mid February will certainly look at Element Replacement Ltd for any future requirements”

Hello, Sorry to hear the element was a little late. As we state Royal Mail do not guarantee Tracked 24 as next day delivery, and I know things were very busy the few days before Christmas. I have checked our emails and could not find anything from your address, so not sure if there was a problem with that coming through to us? However, I'm glad to hear you got the part in and working.
