“Element supplied was rated at 2.1kW which was not identified anywhere in the item description online. It was listed as being compatible with my oven but the original element is rated at 2.3kW. Hence it was not a direct replacement in my opinion and of no use to me. Overall a waste of time and money.”

Hello, Sorry to hear the part you ordered is not what you expected. You mention the wattage was not identified anywhere in the description, however this is not correct, as with all our items the wattage is displayed within the atrributes tab on the product page. For this particular item, it is listed as 2100w-2300w, because is it is a pattern part it can vary depending where we source it from at that particular time. I would note that the element you recieved is 2100w at 230v. Therefore, at 240v this would be just shy of 2300w. In either case, a few 100w either side would make no notible difference to the performance of your oven at all. However, if you decide it is still no use to you, then you can of course return it to us for a refund. Element Replacement Ltd
