“Very helpful site, those dimensions and pictures are vital for out of stock parts. Helpful staff answered emails very quickly and accurately. Top tip photo the old element in situ with the cabling. I didn't and popped a breaker then managed to disable the thermocouple 5th guess was the charm.”

“First class service... I purchased a heat element from the company for my oven in April this year, this malfunctioned in October. I called the company with the intention of purchasing a replacement, however the very helpful man told me the item was under guarantee and there was no payment required. Because I live in close proximity to the business the company delivered the item later that same day. Ever better, when the element was delivered I was given some tips on how to reduce the risk of the same problem arising again. All in all an excellent service and would definitely use this company again if needed.”
