“Ive had to replace an element three times within 2yrs. Not acceptable really”

Hello, Sorry to hear that. This is an issue with these particular ovens I'm afraid, the elements do not last long at all. You will want to ensure the fan motor is working efficiently. The element you ordered was a genuine part, so you cannot get a better quality element. Please bear in mind genuine parts come with a 12 month warranty. Regards, Element Replacement Ltd.

“We purchased a replacement heating element from you. This part was fitted, but again became faulty, so had to be replaced again. We used a different supplier. So question if we got a faulty part.”

“Fast delivery and cheap. However, the holes in the supplied element were too small for the existing screws. I had to find a drill to make them bigger. This wasted quite a bit of time. Not significant for functionality but the connectors were also angled at 90 degrees while in the product photo they are straight which is the same as the original part. This added to the wondering of if I'd be sent the wrong item and should return it. It seems to work fine.”

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'm a bit confused by this, as your order was placed on the evening of the 24th January. “The element ordered that was supposed to fit my oven did not and I had to drill two holes and fit two brass nuts and bolts and a self tapping screw the fit it.”

Hello, Sorry to hear the element was a little late. As we state Royal Mail do not guarantee Tracked 24 as next day delivery, and I know things were very busy the few days before Christmas. I have checked our emails and could not find anything from your address, so not sure if there was a problem with that coming through to us? However, I'm glad to hear you got the part in and working. “After inputting details of oven make and model number I ordered the part. Part came quickly and well packaged however once I took the oven apart found that it was not the correct part that it had informed me I needed. Yes I could of sent part back but too much hassle.”

“Ordered a OE Hotpoint element for my oven as per model and when my electrician came to fit it was the wrong one and i notified the company and never got a response as i had to purchase another one which was correct.”

“Delivery was first class. Unfortunately the element’s fixing holes did not align to the oven’s. I had to file one of the holes to open it up so that the fixings could be assembled.”

I would point out that we do not manufacture the oven, and therefore have no influence on the lengths of the cables, so it is unfortunate that we received the negative review. “seeing as the belling fan element 2000w does not have an after market replacement like the 1600w and the 2500w I am quite concerned why this so called original part has not come in its original Belling packaging detailing its wattage.??? and the part is not exact to the original.”

Hello, I am not sure what 'original packaging' you are referring to? We buy almost all of our elements - genuine or not - loose, as we are buying in high quantities. As you say, there is no after market replacement for the 2000w element, so if you take a look at the fixing plate of the element, it will be stamped with '2000w' which should confirm this a genuine Belling part. Hello, Apologies you never received your tracking number, that should be issued to you by Royal Mail. However, as you ordered after our cut of time on a Wednesday, it was dispatched the following day.
