“Fantastic service. Only replace element on average every 5 years so don’t always know which element is the right one but they are always able to see what I’ve previously ordered and provide the correct element. Order right first time every time.”

“I am very pleased with the fan oven heater element and with the prompt and helpful way theis company dealt with the order. The oven is now up and running again. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. The post office misdirected the parcel and instead of 48 hours it took 5 days to arrive. It was not the Company's fault but I suggest that the company could look at a more reliable courier.”

“Website was easy to use and stated the grill element I required was 'special order' but in stock? A month without a grill and 2 emails asking for updates later only to be informed it was actually obsolete and a refund was issued. Better communication needed between their supplier and manufacturer which would have avoided this situation and I could have purchased a replacement cooker instead.”
