“I received the element replacement and fitted it successfully. The oven is now heating up as normal. There are no concerns at this point and it was quite a straight forward fitting. I would recommend to those who are unable to purchase a new oven to consider buying an element replacement. It will save you money!”

“I required a new grill element for my oven and found the one I needed at Element Replacement. I ordered it, but when it arrived, the incorrect one had been sent, so I contacted them and they immediately sent the correct one which arrived the next day. I would definately use Element Replacement again.”

“Very pleased with the product, just slightly disappointed that it didn’t come with the makers’s packaging-meaning it probably was not a genuine Siemens grill..still, it works and it’s cheaper”

Their website is good with clear descripions and measurments of the part required PLUS: 1 Order and delivery information provided promptly 2 Fast delivery of well packaged item 3 Excellent pro forma documents enclsed with item Could have scored 5 stars but didn't respond to my query on warranty for the new element...so 4 stars.”

“I had a good experience ordering from element replacement. It was quite easy to make sure I had the right one and managed to fit it, okay myself. The only reason I did not give five stars or their choice to use Royal Mail to deliver. They had told me a day and large timeframe went to expect it, but it did not arrive.. it came the next day instead. I don’t think the postage paid was any less than would’ve been to use a courier company who are better at sticking to their timeslots and easier to track.”
