Their website is good with clear descripions and measurments of the part required PLUS: 1 Order and delivery information provided promptly 2 Fast delivery of well packaged item 3 Excellent pro forma documents enclsed with item Could have scored 5 stars but didn't respond to my query on warranty for the new element...so 4 stars.”

“I had a good experience ordering from element replacement. It was quite easy to make sure I had the right one and managed to fit it, okay myself. The only reason I did not give five stars or their choice to use Royal Mail to deliver. They had told me a day and large timeframe went to expect it, but it did not arrive.. it came the next day instead. I don’t think the postage paid was any less than would’ve been to use a courier company who are better at sticking to their timeslots and easier to track.”

“Everything was ok, quick delivery and well packaged, unfortunately, the screw holes in the element that although were correctly spaced, were a tadge bit smaller than my previous element, so the screws that have been used since I purchased the oven and have fitted the last couple of elements I have replaced, wouldn't fit into this replacement element. Luckily, I keep all types of screws from different jobs I do so I was able to find a couple that did fit the element and the holes in the rear of the oven”

“I order a replacement 2.3kw element for my Neff oven. The item was exactly as described and good value. My only gripes; the element took 4 days to arrive and the packaging was not very robust. The element was in a non-bespoke cardboard box resulting in one of the terminals poking through the box. Much better would be to completely encase the item in polystyrene.”
