“Element burnt out on the connection and destroyed the oven within 2 weeks.”

Hello Josh, as we explained in our email this is not the fault of the element, those ends do not get hot, it looks as though the connection was not secure. We have offered to send you a replacement element anyway as long as you replace the damaged spade connector. After that the oven will be fine, there is no permanent damage

“Do not publish my comments on any website. I ordered by phone. The person helped identify the exacy element I needed for my grill in my cooker. I was confident in his manner and response. “Struggled to get the right element for my Belling cooker until I found Element Replacement. They had the right element for my model of cooker. The price was right, delivery was prompt and my cooker works as good as new now. £30 instead of £900 for a new cooker. Can't go wrong.”
