“After inputting details of oven make and model number I ordered the part. Part came quickly and well packaged however once I took the oven apart found that it was not the correct part that it had informed me I needed. Yes I could of sent part back but too much hassle.”

“It was advertised as an original replacement part. It didn’t arrive in any Hotpoint packing to show it was a genuine part. The last one I got from a different supplier did come in a Hotpoint bag. I’m left to wonder where this came from and how long will it last ?”

Hello, We often remove bags etc so we can add protective cardboard packing to terminals and brackets. In this case, if you take a look at the bracket of your element you should be able to see the manufacturer of the element, which in Hotpoint's case is EGO. Also, it carries a 12 month warranty as do all genuine parts. Regards, Element Replacement Team
