“i ordered some small bulbs, they sent, they sent the wrong ones, I phoned them, they sent them because they didn't,t have anything else, they offered me a refund, but never received it, I had to go back to amazon to get the correct ones,”

“Easy to use website and very prompt delivery. My only concern is that the life of the element i need is getting shorter and shorter. My Belling oven was installed new in November 2002 and the original element lasted 9yrs10months. the first replacement lasted 3yrs4months, the next replacement lasted 4yrs5months and the last replacement just 1yr10months. I hope this latest replacement lasts a bit longer!! However, I can't really place any blame with Element Replacement as I only buy their manufacturer branded items and not the slightly cheaper unbranded product, so will continue to use Element Replacement in the future.”

“The element fitted perfectly and the oven works again. I am very happy with the product. The Royal Mail promised to deliver on Saturday. I waited at home all day and they failed to deliver. They promised to deliver on Monday. I waited home all day and they failed again. Two wasted days. They finally delivered on Tuesday. I paid for a 48 hour delivery service and received a 120 hour service. You should use a more reliable delivery service.”
