Element burnt out on the connection and destroyed the oven within 2 weeks.

Hello Josh, as we explained in our email this is not the fault of the element, those ends do not get hot, it looks as though the connection was not secure. We have offered to send you a replacement element anyway as long as you replace the damaged spade connector. After that the oven will be fine, there is no permanent damage

Sadly can’t recommend. Received element very quickly and was fitted same day. Two days later it blew/failed and cut off electric. Purchased a replacement via another company and that’s worked fine.

The element arrived bent due to very poor packaging. A replacement was supplied, but the chap on the phone said they sent a lot of elements in plast bags instead of box's and that they normally had no issues. I paid extra for express delivery to get the oven back up and running as quick as possible, but the bad packing job ruined that plan! I'm happy with the replacement element but the chap on the phone was adament that the packing was ok. Hard to see how I can do business with them after that response.

Hello, We apologise for the first element arriving damaged. We do send out the majority of our elements in plastic bags, it's just unfortunate that yours must have taken a severe bump in the post. However, I'm glad that the replacement we got to you the following day was ok. Sorry to hear that you would not use us again.

Good site straight forward in finding correct element. I needed the element quickly as we supply home made cakes to several coffee shops, so paid the extra for next day delivery!!! Ordered Wednesday all be it late in the day so thinking it would be here Friday at latest!! It is now Saturday evening and still hasn't arrived!!!!

Hello, Sorry to hear of the delay. As it was ordered Wednesday evening, it was dispatched on Thursday. Therefore, we would have hoped that arrived Friday, however this is not a guaranteed service. I can see from the tracking information that it is at your local Mail Centre, however I will keep an eye on this for you. I have refunded the difference you paid for Tracked 24 delivery. Bad service ordered an oven element on the 30th November. Paid for next day delivery and the element still hasn't arrived over a week later. I have 3 small children and a poorly mother in law in the house with no oven. If I'd known it would of taken this long. I would of ordered elsewhere. I know there have been mail strikes last week but no excuse for this week. Avoid.

Hello, We're very sorry to hear of your continued delay. The Royal Mail strikes last week have had an enormous knock on effect this week, which we are careful to mention on our website. However, despite this, a weeks wait for a Tracked 24 item is not acceptable, so we have refunded the difference you paid for this service. Ordered on 24th October, turned up on the 31st October. Wouldn't use again, e mailed and no reply. Terrible service.

Hello, Sorry to hear of your wait. As you ordered on the evening of the 24th, this was dispatched on the 26th (due to the Royal Mail strike which we mentioned on our website on the 25th). Delays were to be expected in the days following the industrial action, which we also clearly mentioned on our website. Tracked 48 usually takes 2-3 working days - your item was dispatched on Wednesday and delivered on Monday. Sorry to hear we did not reply to your email. They sent the wrong part despite me checking my model no. Etc with them. Now they will not REFUND the return costs! Expensive order as also cost me two engineer visits‼️

This message is repeated further down the page, as it is on every product on our website. The element only worked for a few days and needed replacing again- as it came up as a fault after calling an electrician to help diagnose the problem. Very disappointed!

Hello, Sorry to hear the element failed. You have a guarantee with your element, so if you contact us we can dispatch a replacement free of charge. It is also worth bearing in mind that there may be a reason your element has failed so soon, e.g an inefficient fan motor. Regards, Element Replacement

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a part that didn’t fit my oven (wrong connections) and advised by electrician not to use. Their website recommended says this product fitted my oven, but they have a get out clause in the small print, so they are not liable for this (Be careful). After the recommendation by the electrician, this company didn’t understand the electricians concerns! After sending this back, they emailed to say it had been heated up and modified (firstly how can you modify a heating element and secondly, I did not heat this up as recommended) So if it had been, this has been heated up before it was sent to me! So they now have a product that I returned and paid for, so I question was this a return that someone else had already sent back and then sent out to me. I hope this doesn’t get sent to another customer. How many people are they doing this to?! I now have to go through the small claims court to get my money back, but will be good money spent, showing companies like this, they cannot keep doing this to customers. So my advice is stay away from this company and use a reputable one.

Hello, The element you returned has certainly been heated up as some of the metal parts are burnished in colour and the fixing pin opposite the bracket should be at 90 degree angle and has been straightened. It is clearly not in a saleable condition which is the basis on which items can be returned. We will email you some pictures comparing a new element with the one you returned to help clarify the situation.

07 Nov 2020 order number 195052/071120/58 Purchased Replacement element for original Bosch element that had lasted 7 yrs 8 months, delivery fine, Fitted OK. The Element supplied failed on Christmas day past, (luckily we had almost finished cooking our Dinner), lasting barely 12 months, just outside of 12m guarantee. As the saying goes buy cheap buy twice. have since puchased an OEM BOSCH replacement element direct from Bosch, which i noticed is different than the Element supplied previously by Elementreplacement.co.uk.

The element we supplied will be different to the one you have sourced from Bosch, as we do not state that ours is a genuine part. Any genuine parts on our website are listed as such. i ordered some small bulbs, they sent, they sent the wrong ones, I phoned them, they sent them because they didn't,t have anything else, they offered me a refund, but never received it, I had to go back to amazon to get the correct ones,

Ordered an element after sending photos of my element to the company and speaking to them on the phone. Element received was the correct size however incorrect fixing bracket.However prior to ordering the lady on the phone assured me the fixing bracket was flat, however what was sent was not therefore could not be fixed. Spoke to them on the phone they said they would return it and offered me a full refund including my return postage. However today I have checked my statements and have only received £14.95 and not the £18.94 I paid plus return postage of £3.20. I did email them my receipt of postage too. Very disappointed with this company would be advising others to stay away.!

Wrong element supplied when emailed was told our elements are patterns not genuine parts and some variations may exist!!! I had to alter the element myself to make it fit ie: removing the earth terminal and filing down the stub . Dicentra have this problem with THE ELEMENT MAN
