“Have bought several batteries over the months and every now and then they are faulty, trying to get a firm response without going around the houses is impossible, then you have to submit a ticket and give reference numbers why? They are faulty why can’t I just send them back for you to test them and just replace them, I’ve now just ordered 2 more replacement batteries at my expense Again. Your ET reference number is required so we can locate your order, and it allows us to provide a more efficient service.
