“Have used ET for quite a few years now, service and products first class, wouldnt use anyone else. One recent gripe and its nothing to do with ET, is delivery by Royal Mail. Orders which used to arrive next day are starting to arrive later. My last order was placed on the Monday and arrived midday Thursday, I know from my confirmation e-mails that the order was despatched promptly. If ET are using 24hr tracked service then that it what is expected, as already stated it is not ETs fault, its just the state of Royal Mail.
To sum up, if your orders are arriving later than expected dont blame ET. I live in East Devon and the mail service has gone from OK to terrible.”
