“I have been a customer of electric tobacconist for a few years after i stopped smoking for real after a heart attack.
It is better for your health and you still get the buss you are used to when smoking i do think the service is next to none and the service department is spot on if you have a problem.
One other thing i think the company should think about is as well as the discount you give is a point system to give with the orders from regular customers some sort of points. For what they purchase from you i think it would be something to make customers come back to EBon a regular basis.”
“Everything was fantastic until I have just come to put my order in on 3 September and notice that if you spend under £20 now you pay for delivery it was £10 so they have put it up to £20 not 2 happy about it so think I my have to go somewhere else now which is a shame as this site is great”
