“I have taken a star off because after 5 years of this company being my only supplier of vaping products, I for the first time have received a faulty product, great record, five years with no reason to complain and I would consider faultless service, however their returns policy is archaic, slow and not customer oriented, I was told to fill in a returns form, pack up my faulty product and they would have a look at it and if it was faulty then they would replace it, leaving me vapeless for the interim, I would have hoped that like most companies today they would have appologised for the faulty product and put another in the post for me asap. Particularly with my past record with the company, I have purchased a new one from another company something I would never have considered before
I am not sure that their returns policy is helping them at all.”
“Well easy to register and order but not sure if it was my fault or yours I got all the same vapes. Glad I like the blueberry ice. They also came straight away. Will order again but lets see what I get next time.”
“Great service, great choice of vapes and juices. Delivery is always within two days. The only downside is you have to spend £20 to get free delivery ( used to be £10 )”
“The services is good on the whole. There is a great range of products with free standard delivery for orders over £20 (royal mail0) and free next day delivery for orders over £100 (dpd).
The only issue I have is with the next day delivery there didn't appear to be an option to have my next day order to be delivered to one of dpd's click & collect locations. I have to wait until dpd have my package before I have to go to dpd's site to change from my own address to their click & collect locations so I pick up on my way home from work instead of having to wait indoors for the delivery.
Overall though a very good service with great value for money and I will continue to use”
