I have taken a star off because after 5 years of this company being my only supplier of vaping products, I for the first time have received a faulty product, great record, five years with no reason to complain and I would consider faultless service, however their returns policy is archaic, slow and not customer oriented, I was told to fill in a returns form, pack up my faulty product and they would have a look at it and if it was faulty then they would replace it, leaving me vapeless for the interim, I would have hoped that like most companies today they would have appologised for the faulty product and put another in the post for me asap. Particularly with my past record with the company, I have purchased a new one from another company something I would never have considered before
I am not sure that their returns policy is helping them at all.
