“Don't waste your life trying to fill out a help desk query. After following rigid AI questions when it gets to "submit" it simply stays greyed out. Ultra annoying when you spend a shed load of money with them ,that it is impossible to report two different problems. Just wasted 40 mins of my life on this.”

“The Hoxton refills are satisfactory. The batteries are hit and miss, some work and some don’t. When complaining about this, wasn’t offered replacements just weird advice that wasn’t helpful at all. If going to invest, then make sure you order double the amount of batteries as you won’t be offered a refund”
