“Very helpful with my initial enquiry. Swift replies and very informative. Price was excellent as was dispatch and delivery speed. I bought four fans and now there’s 5 in my house and I’m the 5th. Business is about doing the simple things well and these folk do it very well.”

“Most orders are in but recently some lights took over a month to arrive causing me to reorder from elsewhere to complete the job, they then ignored my emails asking to refund me and finally showed anyway. Then insisted I pay postage to return them.”

“I had ordered a bathroom Xpelair fan and it arrived punctually by DPD. Unfortunately, it had a crack in it. I immediately telephoned the company and DPD collected the defective fan the next day. I decided to get my refund as I had ordered the fan as a backup since my present fan was at times not closing shut. However, I waited days and there was no indication of a refund! I then telephoned and spoke with an agent who said he would phone me back but did not do so. This meant that I had to send a chaser E-mail the next day and request my refund, which was then promptly issued.”

“Always great ordering from Edwardes on line. Always in stock and quick delivery. Also having been working not far from collection centre last couple of weeks have been able to collect in person so get it even quicker, and may just have dropped lucky each time so far, but never yet had to wait in a queue like every other merchant I use.”
