“Prior to placing my order I asked a question on the website about compatibility and received a positive answer, so I went ahead and ordered the item. However, after I installed the item, it was clear that it wasn't compatible after all. I fed back this information via an email and immediately received a response from the Sales Director, who efficiently arranged for the item to be replaced next day with a compatible product. This was a very impressive level of service. I wouldn't hesitate to use Edwardes again and would recommend them to others.”
