“It has been over a month since I returned an item I ordered, and I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact the company, I am told not to worry and that the money will be credited back to my account, but after more than a month, I still have to keep calling and chasing my refund. I don’t think this is fair or acceptable. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I have not been satisfied with the service I received from this company.”

“Product is fine and its good that Edwardes Bros have them in stock (unlike other online sites) BUT I paid £6.95 for next day delivery which completely failed. Eventually got here 3 days later mainly because local courier would not deliver without someone being here (there is a Parcel Box which everyone else uses) then couldn't deliver to my nominated shop (it wasn't open when they called). Use a better courier and I will buy again from you.”

“I have had an excellent experience ordering armoured cable and a bi-polar circuit breaker from Edwardes. The website was clear and the goods, not available except from specialist electrical distributors was delived to my home quickly and efficiently. I shall go back to Edwardes again for any such needs without hesitation and without browsing the net first”
