I had ordered a bathroom Xpelair fan and it arrived punctually by DPD. Unfortunately, it had a crack in it. I immediately telephoned the company and DPD collected the defective fan the next day. I decided to get my refund as I had ordered the fan as a backup since my present fan was at times not closing shut. However, I waited days and there was no indication of a refund! I then telephoned and spoke with an agent who said he would phone me back but did not do so. This meant that I had to send a chaser E-mail the next day and request my refund, which was then promptly issued.
