“I've ordered from this company before and I'm always kept informed on the progress of my order. The goods always arrive packaged well inside a strong box.”

“I had to request a refund before my goods arrived. Delivery was promised for, and needed by the next day, I was advised it was coming by 7pm, the courier later sent an email saying it would now be the next day by 7pm, the next day came and the courier emailed saying it would be one more day by 7pm. I then cancelled the order and purchased locally. I will only buy from Edwards again if they can assure me they have changed to a competent courier.”

“Jonas was the person who the delivery was addressed to. Brett Williams placed the order and dealt with your team. Following your request for a review, here is the text that I posted as a Google Review when we placed the order: Great service from Antony Birdseye at Edwardes Bros this week. We had a tricky order and they were let down by suppliers, but Antony kept us up to date throughout the week. He also arranged a direct delivery to site to speed things up for us. Really appreciated.”

“I needed some LED bulbs as replacements for ageing spotlights. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly the bulbs were what was needed and I am very happy with the new lighting. Will return for more bulbs when the other old ones fail.”
