I had to request a refund before my goods arrived. Delivery was promised for, and needed by the next day, I was advised it was coming by 7pm, the courier later sent an email saying it would now be the next day by 7pm, the next day came and the courier emailed saying it would be one more day by 7pm. I then cancelled the order and purchased locally. I will only buy from Edwards again if they can assure me they have changed to a competent courier.
