“I found the replacement lights I needed at a very competitive price on the Edwardes Bros site and the communication was excellent throughout and delivery was very quick and efficient. I subsequently needed to place a second order and the experience was just as good-I would definitely recommend and will buy from them again if I need more lighting products in the future.”

“Good experience overall after they initially sent an immersion heater element that wasn't the Backer manufactured part I ordered and was missing the rod thermostat (making it unusable). The part they sent was a totally different manufacturer (Redring) and was of inferior quality compared to the Backer manufactured part. Upon contacting Edwardes Bros, they quickly refunded me when I contacted them and the customer service and communication was very good.”
