“Addresses are consistently wrong on packages sent out. I emailed a query on this and no reply. Delivery driver commented that he was lucky to find the delivery location as incomplete address. It would be helpful to have a reply as this was not a one-off, it happens regularly and needs addresssing.”

“Usual great service. However their delivery guys APC don't let you pick up from a Parcelshop which means you've got to hang around waiting for delivery. Never had this problem with the couriers they used before.”
