“Very good customer service. I ordered the wrong items but they assisted in refunds and reorder to get the correct gear. Would recommend. Good products too, at reasonable prices.”

“First class service. I recently purchased a number of ceiling lights. A number of them failed. Upon contacting them they sent me new lights the following day. And a return label for the old ones Exceptional customer service. Would have no qualms in recommending them.”

“I've purchased items in person at their London branch as well as online. The service is efficient and straight forward. An item I ordered online for pick up was actually out of stock and they phoned as well as emailed me straight away to make sure I didn't make an unnecessary trip, as well as updated me on when the item would be back in stock. The staff is always helpful and friendly.”
