“Great service all exactly as ordered. The website needs more photos difficult to distinguish between lots of similar consumer units with differing details such as square/round knock outs.”

“Generally pleased with communication when ordering the fan, but no follow up when item was out of stock, because order and payment was accepted. Item now delivered”

“Prior to placing my order I asked a question on the website about compatibility and received a positive answer, so I went ahead and ordered the item. However, after I installed the item, it was clear that it wasn't compatible after all. I fed back this information via an email and immediately received a response from the Sales Director, who efficiently arranged for the item to be replaced next day with a compatible product. This was a very impressive level of service. I wouldn't hesitate to use Edwardes again and would recommend them to others.”
