“On delivery the items purchase were late because the delivery company claimed they ran out of time. However when the item arrived it was damaged inside. Looked like it had been run over! However on contacting Anthony in Web Sales he arranged for a quick replacement delivery which arrived on time and in good condition. In this case, an excellent recovery and smooth service by Edwardes Bros.”
