“Fabulous efficient company. I needed new tubes for my insect zapper the company I bought the machine from wanted nearly as much to replace the tubes as buy a new machine. The tubes I got from this company were reasonably priced and they were Phillips a much established old reliable brand. So thankyou”

“Great service from this company, competitive prices , fast delivery and free if you spend over £50+ VAT. My only gripe is that the postal charges can sometimes be high, an example would be that I recently missed an item from my main order. The item cost £11.70 and could’ve been sent tracked for under £3 but Edwardes charge was £8.34 for the postage - this is really frustrating.”

“Ordered a Fluke15B multimeter form them on the 9/11/25 . They emailed me on the 10/11/25 to say they were out of stock ,but would send item on as soon as they had it back in stock.I have had no updates at all from them to date. It is only curtesy to keep your customer up to date with the progress of there delivery.”
