“I haven’t received my order yet. Order placed on 02/06. Delivery was scheduled for 06/06, no updates received from the courier service, had to reach out to them to be told that the parcel was damaged beyond repair and it was my responsibility to sort it out with sender. No response from sender until 2 days ago. They said they will arrange a replacement order to deliver it next day, and no news on the order as well as the delivery yet. This was my first purchase from Eden & Willow, expected a decent product and customer service, but really disappointed. How can a seller not even think about placing a fragile sticker on a parcel that is full of glass items, and the response time is something they need to work on. I would like to review the product honestly, but I haven’t received the parcel.”

“Glass mugs are beautiful. Serving dishes with gold edging are lovely but a lot of the gold edging has rubbed off in places which isn’t great. Thought about returning but it would cost a fortune so decided not to and will try to diy fix them”
