“I purchased four handbags vases from this company.
Unfortunately their choice of courier let them down with a damaged box and two broken vases.
I received replacements a week later. I did wonder if I would however as in there T&Cs it states that the customer takes over responsibility for the item once dispatched. Typically I had not read that at the time of ordering.
That saidi did receive replacements with absolutely no issues.
