“Ordered some glass storage jars with sealed wooden lids, product exactly what I wanted and very good quality.
Delivery was very quick and being glass I was extremely pleased to see it was very well packaged with no breakages. On inspection I found one lid seal was split and emailed Eden and Willow to explain and they replied promptly which was a weekend and sent a replacement straight away.
