But I ordered via their website but the product came via Amazon...so I ignored the Amazon parcel notifications because I thought they were fraudulent/spam/scams...and didn't find my parcel (in the outside bin, where else!) until a few days later. I wish they would have communicated their delivery methods more clearly. Otherwise, no complaints.”
