“Glass mugs are beautiful. Serving dishes with gold edging are lovely but a lot of the gold edging has rubbed off in places which isn’t great. Thought about returning but it would cost a fortune so decided not to and will try to diy fix them”

“I use these jars to keep tea bags in, and they live in a cupboard rather than on the worktops. They fit neatly side by side in a small space. They are unfussy, simple and seem to be good quality. I have deducted one star because the glass is quite thin.”

They were the cheapest the best part about these bottles which I told a lot of people I've realised is they look good but the lids are really easy for my dad who has arthritis in his hands he is still independent enough to lift the lid of the bottle without any special aid and make us coffee, and that is the most important thing. It allows us all to be the same.”

I got intouch with customer services to explain some items received were damaged. They were very quick to send replacement whilst explaing to the advisor how many items were damaged i found the attitude of the advisor was not pleasant quite demeaning. Hence 4 stars.”
